I never noticed Fragility was a woman behind broken glass. Nice job. But anyway:

Many icons in guild wars symbolize a "spiritual" or "emotional" type of feeling, not physicality. Spiritual Pain appears to symbolize distortion, and of course, pain, while the center of the image seems to be the torso, which is being painfully ripped apart. It symbolizes a form of torture, an inner pain.

I think Order of Apostasy is the view of a frail human's back. I would assume he's frail because of the lost enchantments.

Guided Weapon is the tip of a sword aimed at a person's throat.

I believe Reversal of Frotune is an eclipse.
Edge of Extinction is harder to tell. It just lookl like some kind of mythical animal in pain attached to it's fellows in pain.
Tranquility is a waterfall.
Toxicity looks like a kind of giant flea, or dissease spreading bug of large proportions.
Guided weapon is a spear heding straight for a screaming guys throad.
Order of Apostasy is the topless back of a woman, wearing a black skirt. It looks like she was caught in the act of dancing. You can see her tilted face in the top left corner.

Woot for thread necromancy, but this thread made it a lot easier to tell.
